Any parking charges will be incurred by the client if parking is not provided.

Your therapist will provide:

•     Massage Table.
•     Oils and creams.
•     Massage supplies.
•     Relaxing music.

•      Parking.
•     Adequate space in an appropriate setting.
•     For pregnancy massage clients, you will need to provide at least 2 large pillows.

Suburbs covered include Dallas & Fort Worth.

What Are Your Payment Policies?

Payment methods accepted include cash, debit or credit cards(Visa, MC, Amex and Discover) on the day of your appointment or check prior to your appointment.

What Can I Expect From My Session?

If this is your first appointment, your therapist will arrive 10 minutes earlier than the stated appointment time as you will be required to fill in a quick consultation form which will assist the therapist in evaluating your individual circumstances and tailor the session to your needs.

During the massage, please feel free to communicate as much or as little as you like – remember, this is all about you!

What Do I Need to Know About My Appointment?

Your scheduled appointment time is the time that your massage starts. Please schedule sufficient time prior to your appointment to allow for use of the facilities and/or changing, or to fill in any necessary paperwork.

What Happens If I Can't Make My Appointment?

We request at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment.

Please note that cancellation fees* will apply with less than 24 hours’ notice.

If unable to make your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you so that we book another appointment at the scheduled time.

Please bear in mind that this may not always be possible and that the session will be charged at the booked rate.

What Happens After The Massage?

Please make sure that you get up from the table only when you are ready to.

The therapist will leave the room temporarily so that you can re-dress in private.

Please drink Lots of water following your session. Water helps your body to rehydrate and is essential following your massage as it can help eliminate toxins from your system.

What Are Your Cancellation / Rescheduling Policies?

At Hannington Massage, we appreciate that sometimes, "life happens" and you will not be able to keep your appointment.

With respect to Hannington Massages’ other clients, we request that at least 24 hours notice is given should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

The following cancellation fees will apply should appropriate notice not be given.

Missed appointment: 100% cancellation fee

If your payment has been made in advance, you will receive appropriate credits towards your next appointment as a result of your cancellation.

If payment was to be made on the day of the appointment, any incurred cancellation fees will need to be paid prior to your next appointment.
